Pushing the boundaries of compliance awareness
At E3, we are on a mission to rid the world of ‘grudge training’. You know what we mean. The mandatory, click next training which is greeted with a groan. A piece of performative theatre that delivers next to no value and indeed is likely to degrade your compliance culture.
We have been working for many years helping firms engage their staff with their core compliance training. It’s something we have to a fine art.
But we noticed something.
Compliance teams needs to find better ways to engage with the business. In a meaningful way so they were involved early on with difficult decisions. So they could get people thinking compliance early on and not as an after thought.
We had a request from a compliance officer to help to engage a ‘difficult’ team in why compliance mattered and why it should matter to them. A roadshow with death by PowerPoint was not going to work.
And so CRUX was born.
It started with one game. A game designed to be played face to face to get people thinking and talking about risk and why it mattered.
Now we have an ever growing set of games designed to be used by compliance teams to drive engagement in all thing compliance.
